A 1960 Ferrari 250 GT SWB/C leads the 1963 Aston Martin DB4 GT Project DP214 out of Woodcote corner in the Royal Automobile Club TT celebration at the 2008 Goodwood Revival.
Driving the Ferrari is Henri Pescarolo, a veteran of 64 Formula One World Championship Grands Prix; famous for his distinctive green helmet, he achieved one podium, and scored a career total of 12 championship points.
After his retirement from Formula One, he founded his own team which now competes in the Le Mans Endurance Series, and the Le Mans 24 Hours. Pescarolo holds the record for Le Mans starts – 33 – and has won the race on four occasions as a driver. He has yet to win as a team owner.
Hot on Pescarolo's heels in the DB4 is Gillian Goldsmith, not only one of the country's most respected lady racing drivers but a champion National Hunt jockey too.
